Medical and Welfare Robotics
The mission of the cluster is to improve the quality of life of people and the working conditions of healthcare professionals and caregivers through Human-centered technologies.
It will bring together knowledge from universities, centers, companies and other actors in the health ecosystem on robotics, rehabilitation sciences, movement, social, aging, care and e-health (ICT), giving the Spanish fabric of an ecosystem of research and development interdisciplinary and competitive at European level.
The activities developed by GTROMA will have the mission to strengthen this ecosystem with the aim of promoting R&D and knowledge transfer in robotic technologies (perception, interaction and manipulation) to the Spanish business network, especially to SMEs and the promotion of scientific culture in society.
