The project “Training of Soft Skills for Surgical teams using an immersive Serious Game” (S4Game Ref: 2018-ES01-KA202-050943) co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, provides health professionals (surgeons, nurses, anaesthesiologists) with an innovative approach to acquire and develop soft skills in the field of surgery.

The Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre, partner of the Consortium composed by Jesús Usón Minimally Invasive Surgery Centre (Spain) as coordinator of the proposal, Viral Studios (Spain), Charles University (Czech Republic) and  Semmelweis University (Hungary),  has organised the closing workshop of the S4Game project to present final results, intending to raise awareness on the suitability of using Virtual Reality devices and Serious Games for soft skills training of surgical teams.
